We collect the minimum needed to run this service:

Photos never leave your device. Images you add to a program are processed entirely in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
Program text. If you use the AI writing assistant, the details you type (name, dates, life facts) are sent to our writing service to generate the text, then discarded. They are not used to train AI models.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email and order details to deliver your license; we never see or store card numbers.
Analytics & ads. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These set cookies — see below.
Local storage. Your draft program is saved in your own browser so you don't lose work. It stays on your device.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum and never use them on the photos or personal details you enter into the creator — those stay in your browser.

Essential. A small amount of local storage remembers your draft program and your cookie choice. The site cannot work without these, so they are always on.
Analytics & advertising. Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies help us see which pages people use and whether our ads lead to a completed program. You control these.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline the analytics and advertising cookies. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are set to declined until they choose; elsewhere they start enabled and you can decline at any time. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and reload — the banner will appear again.

Terms of Use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to create and print memorial programs for your family's use. It does not permit resale of the templates or designs.
Funeral homes and celebrants: a commercial license for client use is available — contact us.
The AI writing assistant produces drafts based on the facts you provide. Please review all text before printing; you are responsible for the final content of your program.
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Refund Policy

If the program isn't everything you need, reply to your receipt email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked, usually the same day.
